A warm welcome to you and your family. I would like to personally welcome you to our fellowship at Bethel Abundant Life Ministries (formerly Dorchester Wesleyan Church) a Bible believing church in the heart of Dorchester, MA. We have been serving The Codmon Square Community for over 25 years. Our community outreach programs and youth initiatives are designed to help all those in need. We are happy to offer the good news of salvation to all those who desire to know more about our Lord Jesus Christ. We pray that the Lord, Jesus Christ will bless and keep each and everyone of you.

Our church is in existance to spread the good news of salvation and to mobilize individuals for God's service. Bethel Abundant Life Ministries is a church that stands on Biblical truth and focuses on issues of life and Godliness as related to the scriptures. We hold the theological and Biblical Doctrines expressed throughout God's Holy Word very dear to our hearts. We look forward to hearing from you! Living in God's Amazing Grace

Grace is the unmerited favor of God. We do not deserve His love but He loves us inspite of. We are blessed and highly favored. We are cared for, we are precious and we are loved. No matter what you are going through, you are not alone; God is with you.

Bethel's Vision Scripture: Jeremiah 29 : 11

"For I know the plans I have for you" says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope".

Psalm 86:15

"But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness".

Bethel Abundant Life Ministries started in 1986 by Pastor Edwin Bradshaw and his family, with the name Dorchester Wesleyan Church on Harvard Street in Dorchester, MA. The church started with (5) five members, several of whom are still members of the said church. Shortly after the church was relocated to 44 Moultrie Street in Codman Square, MA where we are presently worshiping. The church started out of a prevailing need to reach out to the community, particularly to the young people. After much prayer the church became an independent ministry with a name charge as Bethel Abundant Life Ministries. Bethel's aim is to reach as many families and to meet their needs, as we obey God's great commission. God has been good to us in allowing us to help many families; we look forward with great anticpation to continue to touch many lives. We are praying that our Sovereign Lord will continue to show us favor by providing us with means to build our sanctuary.
